The Liverpool Echo are reporting that Steven Gerrard could tempt Everton youngster, Alex Denny, to Rangers this summer. The 18-year-old midfielder is well regarded at Goodison Park and broke in to the Everton first team this season.
Rangers fringe players Michael O’Halloran and Bruno Alves could be on their way out of the club, according to the Scottish Sun. Motherwell are hoping to sign the former St Johnstone forward, while Alves has been sounded out by Vitoria Guimaraes.
However, the Daily Record believe that Alves’ potential move could be scuppered by the defender’s own wage demands and Rangers holding out for a transfer fee since he still has a year left on his contract.
The Scottish Sun have caught wind of a transfer rumour from Turkey suggesting that Besiktas want Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos for no more than €2 million.
